Under Pressure Exterior Cleaning (“we”, “us”) is a local exterior cleaning business serving Hamilton County, Indiana. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect only what we need to give you a price and get the work done. We don't use cookies, we don't track you, we don't run advertising pixels, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name and phone number (required, so we can get back to you)
- Your email address (optional)
- Your address or neighborhood (optional, so we can plan the visit)
- Which services you're interested in, and any details you choose to add
- Whether you asked for the new-customer discount
When the form is submitted, our server also records the date and time, the IP address the request came from, and your browser's user-agent string. We keep these to help us spot and block automated spam submissions.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses. These are rotated and deleted automatically after 14 days.
What we don't collect
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We don't build a profile of you, and we can't follow you to other websites.
How we use it
- To prepare a quote and contact you about it
- To carry out work you ask us to do, and to deal with any questions afterwards
- To keep records of enquiries and work performed
- If you gave us your email and did not opt out, to send you occasional offers and seasonal reminders
Calls and text messages
When you send a quote request with your phone number, you're asking us to get back to you, and we will — usually by text or phone call. That's the whole point of the form.
We will not add you to a marketing text list, and we don't send automated or bulk promotional text messages. If you'd rather we didn't contact you at all, just tell us and we'll stop.
Marketing emails
If you give us your email address, the quote form includes a checkbox about receiving occasional offers. You can untick it before submitting, and we'll record that you opted out.
If you change your mind later, reply to any email we've sent you and ask to be removed, or call or text us. We'll take you off the list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business:
- Resend — delivers the email that tells us about your quote request, and the confirmation we send you. Your form details pass through their systems.
- Our web host — stores the website and the enquiry records on a server we control.
- Google Fonts — this site loads its typefaces from Google, which means your browser contacts Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We may also disclose information where we're legally required to, or where it's necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. Web server access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. If you'd like your details removed sooner, ask us and we'll delete them unless we're required to keep them.
How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry records are stored on a server with restricted access, and only people who need to see them can. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your details
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- Tell us to stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law — including, for California residents, the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
